  • There is currently a fantastic opportunity within our leading Ray White New Plymouth office for a detail oriented Part Time Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant to join Taranaki's trusted real estate business with a proven track record and a firm belief in going further than the extra mile.

    This role involves providing comprehensive support in administration, accounts, sales, and property management for the Owner/Manager and other team members as needed. You may also be asked to serve as front-of-house reception and acting as a key point of contact for incoming calls and customer enquiries if or when required.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle daily receipting and reconciliation in Xero for real estate transactions
    • Process real estate sales through the New Zealand Real Estate Trust
    • Conduct daily banking, receipting, and reconciliation in Palace Liquid and Xero for property management transactions
    • File banking reports and maintain an organised banking filing system
    • Prepare and process mid-month and end-of-month financial activities
    • Cross-check financial data with Property Manager, BDM, and Business Owner
    • Execute payments via ANZ Direct and manage company reimbursements
    • Support team dynamics and contribute positively to office culture
    • Complete any additional work-related tasks within capabilities as requested
    The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in an Administrative or EA role. A background in the real estate industry and experience with Palace Liquid and Xero software would be an advantage.

    The position is part time and the successful applicant will be required to work 8:30am to 3pm with flexibility dependant on the amount of work required.
