  • We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager with excellent negotiation and organisational skills to ensure smooth management of properties and to be the main point of call for owners, tenants, and contractors.

    Duties and responsibilities will include:
    • Coordinate smooth onboarding for new properties, tenants, and landlords.
    • Advertise properties, obtain owner approval to relet, and ensure marketing materials are up to date.
    • Schedule and conduct viewings, ensuring health and safety procedures are followed.
    • Minimise vacancy periods through regular viewings and thorough tenant selection.
    • Execute tenancy agreements and keep owners updated during the letting process.
    • Conduct tenant inductions and ensure all documentation is completed.
    • Monitor and manage rent arrears & conduct annual rent reviews
    • Carry out quarterly, ingoing, final, and follow-up inspections, and issue breach notices when required.
    • Handle repairs and maintenance, including contractor scheduling and invoice processing.
    • Ensure compliance with smoke alarms, insulation, Healthy Homes, and safety regulations.
    • Manage the full end-of-tenancy process including notices, final inspections, and bond refunds.
    • Communicate effectively with owners, tenants, and contractors.
    • Maintain accurate data entry, software use, and reporting.
    • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
    It is essential you have at least 2 years' proven experience as a Property Manager, with a relevant qualification being a distinct advantage.

    This is a full time role working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday. Salary will be discussed to the right applicant during the interview. Applicants will also be provided a mobile phone and laptop for work use.
