    We currently have two exciting vacancies available in our store:

    Customer Service Expert - Front of Store

    Based at the front of our store, you'll be helping our with the front counter and clothing area.

    We pride ourselves on our strong product knowledge, outstanding customer service, and genuine interest in all things hunting, fishing, camping, tramping and outdoor clothing, so we need someone who believes in our products and can relate to our customers!

    Our successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
    • Previous experience in a Retail environment or in Customer Service
    • Have a confident, friendly, and professional phone manner
    • High standard of personal presentation
    • Good computer skills, including typing
    • Well organised, proactive and able to forward plan
    • Can take instruction and constructive feedback
    • Switched on and responsible
    Head of Department - Clothing Specialist

    We are looking for someone to take leadership and oversee our clothing department. You'll be responsible for merchandising clothing, managing stock levels (for seasons, sales and promotions), ensuring daily top ups to ensure appropriate levels of stock are on display, and supporting the ordering and indenting of clothing.

    Our successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
    • Previous experience working in a similar role (specifically with outdoor and/or casual clothing)
    • Retail and clothing merchandise experience
    • Stock management experience
    • A focus of providing excellent customer service
    • The ability to work well in a team environment
    • High levels of enthusiasm and initiative
    We are a 7 day business so there will be a requirement to work some weekends and public holidays. Our roster is put out a month in advance so you'll have plenty of notice!

    We can offer you a friendly, safe and supportive working environment. You will also receive buying privileges within the store.
