We have a fantastic opportunity to join our vibrant Property Management Team in a hands-on supporting role. Some property management experience would be beneficial but isn't essential as training will be provided. This is a part time role of 25 hours per week plus a rostered Saturday morning every three weeks.
In this role you will work closely with the Manager of our Property Management Department. You will be an essential team member and your organisation and people skills will be highly valued.
Ray White Lochore's Birkenhead is a family owned business with over 40 years experience in property management and we are REINZ accredited Property Managers. We pride ourselves on our company culture and have a positive, inclusive, hard-working team.
Duties will include:
Carrying out routine on-site property inspections
Organising repair and maintenance work
Showing rental properties to prospective tenants
Processing tenancy applications
Completing reference checks for prospective tenants
Various related administration tasks
To be successful in this role you will have:
Strong computer skills with ability to master new systems quickly
A current New Zealand driver's licence and your own reliable car
Excellent time management and organisation skills
A high level of professionalism, presentation and honesty
A general understanding of the property management industry
