Due to growth we currently have an opportunity for a full time Property Manager to advance their career and join our award-winning team at Harcourts Grenadier Rent Shop.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Showing and letting rental properties to prospective tenants
Day to day management of rental properties
Liaising with tenants and landlords
Carrying out routine inspections
Organising maintenance and more!
You will be backed by outstanding systems and support; we have administration/accounts support and dedicated Business Development Manager as well as a full time Manager working in the business.
To succeed in the role you will also need:
To be driven, self-motivated and goal orientated
Dedication, resilience and the desire to achieve
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Strong organisational and time management skills
To be comfortable working autonomously
A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
