About the Role:
We're on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused person to join our team in a Counter Sales & Warehouse role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced trade environment, has a background or strong interest in flooring, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and product knowledge.
What You'll Be Doing:- Assisting trade and retail customers at the counter with product advice, quotes, and orders
- Managing incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse
- Ensuring stock is accurately recorded, stored, and dispatched
- Building strong relationships with our loyal customer base
- Working collaboratively with the wider team and also being comfortable working independently
What We're Looking For:- A friendly, reliable person who enjoys helping people and offering solutions
- Previous experience in flooring, building supplies, or trade sales preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Forklift experience and licence (we can aid with this if you do not have one)
- Someone who takes pride in their work, is organised, and has good attention to detail
- A team player with a can-do attitude who takes initiative
- Someone who is driven to reach targets and KPI's
- Someone who wants to be part of a successful company
