    About the Role

    We have a full time Accounts Receivable & Credit Control opportunity available based in either Thames or Wiri.

    You'll be responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable & Credit Control function across the Group's entities both in Australia & New Zealand, and supporting the Business with managing customer account set ups and managing credit limits and other related tasks.

    To be considered you will need 5+ years experience in an accounts receivable, credit control, or similar accounting role. Due to the level of complexity in the role, you will also need experience with Australian and/or New Zealand Accounting in a corporate environment.

    About you:
    • Solid understanding of Accounting Principles.
    • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of programmes and advanced MS Excel Skills
    • Highly organised with excellent time management ability; able to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively to ensure deadlines and KPIs are met
    • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) skills; able to convey ideas, expectations, and information and convey a highly confident phone manner
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • A very high level of attention to detail
    • A high level of corporate and personal presentation, professional integrity & confidentiality
    • A desire to develop a high level of understanding of geosynthetics and the design function they provide
    • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
    • Proactive and takes initiative
    • Able to coordinate effectively with other team members
    • Accountable and adaptable
    • Great work ethic and can-do attitude
    • Approachable and positive interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain strong, open, and collaborative relationships across all levels
    Desirable:
    • Accountancy and/or Credit Qualification
    • Experience with NetSuite
    • Knowledge of laws relating to commercial credit and PPSR / PPSA
    This is a full time role working Monday to Friday. A competitive remuneration package is on offer aligned with the skills and experience you bring to the role.
