The Good Girls Property Management Ltd invite an experienced Property Manager to audition for our close-knit team working out of Polka Dot HQ.

You would have previous experience in all aspects of Property Management.

You will need a mature outlook with life experience and a great sense of humour along with energy PLUS!

We require:

Proven experience in all aspects of property management
Strong administrative and computer skills
Familiarity with property management software
The confidence to close deals
Impeccable attention to detail
The ability to think creatively and solve problems on the fly
Thorough knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A full, clean driver's licence
