For over 35 years, Odyssey House Christchurch has had a mission to improve the wellbeing of individuals, family and community affected by drug and alcohol addiction, mental health and related issues
Based in Burnside, we work from a busy site where people live in drug and alcohol treatment, and clients come on site all day long. Reporting to our Finance and Admin Manager, you will enjoy working with client records and participating across the admin team functions.
In this role, you will be:- Administering records in our client database, tailoring entry and exit records to meet the standards of the various services we have.
- Preparing and analyzing reports out of client database.
- Responding to staff queries around the client database.
- Managing a large volume of confidential information.
- Working as part of the general admin team to support the team activities.
To be successful in the role, you will:- Have 3 years' experience in data entry and collating reports
- Have worked in a criminal justice or health setting
- Have a high level of accuracy in what you do
- Be able to communicate with a wide array of people
- Have a full driver's license to support working in prison sites one day per week.
