NZ Welding, Trades and Services, Solomon Group, and Treehouse are seeking a Business Development Manager / Relationship Manager to work alongside the CEO and grow our Workplace Communication services and industry training programmes for employers and their teams across Aotearoa.

Experience in the education sector is a bonus - but it's your hunger to succeed and build lasting partnerships that really counts.
Key responsibilities:
Grow and strengthen existing business partnerships
Identify and secure new business and community fundraising opportunities
Work strategically with the CEO to develop and implement partnership plans
You'll bring:
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Proven experience generating new business
Confidence to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent written and verbal communication, including proposals and presentations
Attention to detail across documentation and reporting
A clean Police Check
