    We're looking for a physically strong, hands-on Community & Events Setup assistant and mobile Coffee&Cone operator to join our passionate team. This is a very physical role - you'll need to be fit, strong, and capable of lifting and moving heavy equipment like generators, gazebos, tables, and signage, often on your feet for long stretches and in all weather conditions.

    Hours of work: 20+ hours/week (extra hours during busy periods)

    What you'll be doing:
    • Deliveries and pick up of event gear
    • Setting up for events and management of event gear - you'll be at the centre of the action!
    • Making and serving delicious coffees and ice creams - everyone's favourite treats!
    • Overseeing our casual staff and making sure that fun never stops Engaging with clients, agents, and the community - your social skills will shine!

    To be successful you will need:
    • The strength to regularly lift heavy gear (tables, gazebos, you name it!)
    • Flexibility to work Monday-Sunday (we've got a variety of events to be a part of!)
    • A positive, friendly, and approachable attitude (your vibe will light up the room!)
    • A full, clean driver's license (because we're always on the go!)
    • Top-notch communication skills - both written and verbal
    • Computer savvy and a problem-solving mindset
    • A keen attention to detail - no event detail is too small!
    • Barista experience preferred
