Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants to join our team and engage with prospective customers, guiding them through the process of purchasing insurance. This role involves making outbound sales calls and providing exceptional customer service to ensure our clients feel confident and valued.
Minimum Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday , between 9:00 am to 8:30 pm, Friday 8:30am to 5pm and alternate Saturdays 10:00am to 3:00pm (Full availability across the above hours is required).
Responsibilities Include:- Make and receive calls to sell Beneficial Insurance plans.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage.
- Clearly explain policy features, premiums, and benefits.
- Assist with coverage selection, payment setup, and claims support.
- Keep client records accurate and up to date.
- Reach out to potential clients to schedule consultations.
- Stay informed on industry changes and share updates with clients.
- Follow sales scripts and the VADD (Verbatim, Accurate, Detailed, Disclosed) standard.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure all communications comply with company standards.
Requirements:- Over a year of relevant experience
- Competitive and driven by success
- Goal-oriented professional with a focus on achieving set KPIs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft products with a good typing speed
