We are currently seeking an Administrator with a positive, can-do attitude to take ownership of delivering exceptional administrative services to our clients, colleagues, and management.
Your role will be varied, with new tasks and challenges each and everyday. You will be responsible for ensuring everything runs at maximum efficiency by providing marketing support and general administrative duties.
This is an important role so it is essential you have at least 2 years proven experience in a marketing or similar position involving creative design work.
You should also possess strong organisational and time management abilities, be proficient with computers and accurate in typing, and have a professional and courteous phone manner.

Duties and responsibilities will include:- Coordinate marketing tasks including booking, producing marketing materials, and Facebook boosting
- Support marketing campaigns and events
- Onboard and offboard staff, including system setup and training
- Handle office communications and enquiries professionally
- Manage daily office operations, supplies, and maintenance
- Coordinate and run property auctions
- Enter and manage residential and commercial listings in VaultRE
- Monitor listing expiries and renewals
- Support event planning and meeting setup
- Act as emergency contact and First Aid officer (if certified)
- Follow management instructions and company procedures
- Complete training and maintain policy compliance
This is a full time role working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday. Salary will be discussed to the right applicant during the interview.
