Your Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our service department - welcoming customers, understanding their vehicle concerns, and ensuring they leave with confidence. You'll guide them through the service process, keeping them informed every step of the way while building long-term relationships based on trust and transparency.
Key responsibilities:- Greet customers warmly and listen to their vehicle concerns
- Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders
- Clearly explain maintenance and repair recommendations
- Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines
- Co-ordinate with Technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
What we're looking for:- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay organised in a busy environment
- Tech-savvy with a customer-first mindset
- Positive attitude and a team-player mentality
- Valid drivers licence required
