About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the ropes of property management, working closely with experienced Property Managers while gaining valuable on-the-job training.
You'll assist with managing a portfolio of rental properties and gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence and experience grow.
What You'll Be Doing:- Supporting senior team members with day-to-day portfolio tasks
- Help coordinate property advertising, viewings, and tenant applications
- Assisting with property inspections and maintenance follow-ups
- Learning to manage rent payments and arrears
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Staying up to date with industry best practices and legislation
What We're Looking For:- A genuine interest in property management and customer service
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
- Administration or customer service experience
- A proactive, organised, and can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- A full driver's licence
