About the Role:
This is a critical position responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business, contributing to both day-to-day management and strategic development.
You will:- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Work closely with customers, architects, construction teams, and engineers
- Lead and support staff to enhance productivity and performance
- Manage and deliver flagship projects
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the company
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a production team, providing support and motivation to achieve performance and quality targets
- Ensure operational activities meet established policies and standards
- Implement systems and processes to improve operational efficiency
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and proper resource allocation
- Build strong relationships with staff, clients, and key stakeholders
- Identify and manage operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Promote a positive, growth-focused team culture
Qualifications and Skills:- Proven experience in engineering or construction, with a strong background in project management
- Strong planning, execution, and budget control skills
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
- High attention to detail and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and results-driven approach to continuous improvement
- Familiar with Microsoft software 365 and other common office software
- AutoCAD experience is an advantage but not essential. You must be able to read technical plans.
