We're North Auckland's #1 Landscaping Company (according to us and our clients) and our business is booming, we are tendering in the big company commercial league and shining in the residential. We've got so many projects on the go that we need more hands on deck! We can't get to our residential clients quick enough and 2025 is proving to be an even bigger year!
We're currently looking for a Maintenance Team Leader to join our team! If you pride yourself on hedge trimming, plant health, soil care, and delivering an excellent client experience, we want you!
Based on the Hibiscus Coast and working North Auckland through to Omaha, no two days the same.

You'll need:- Full, clean driver's licence (confidence backing trailers will be helpful).
- Proven experience in garden/grounds maintenance, especially hedge trimming and plant health.
- Pruning, spraying, and soil care skills.
- Leadership and client service experience.
- Tool sharpening and equipment care knowledge a bonus.
- Horticultural training and/or experience highly valued.
