At Quality Roof Coatings, our team is dedicated to delivering top-tier roofing solutions with a focus on professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Due to company growth, we're looking for a skilled and experienced Roofing Manager to join our team based in Albany as our new Head of Roofing.
With an extensive knowledge of all roofing types, you'll be responsible for:- Leading and growing our business in the roofing industry
- Accurately preparing cost estimates for either long run roofing and concrete roofing projects including materials and labour
- Managing multiple projects, maintaining deadlines and budgets
- Providing insights and recommendations to support cost-effective solutions
- Managing workers by being a leader with subcontractors and staff
- Providing direct liaison with customers and Quality Roof Coatings Management.
About you:- Proven experience in roofing estimation with a strong understanding of construction materials and methods
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in costings
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
- Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to work on the tools when necessary
- Reliable, loyal, problem solver and trustworthy
- Able to pass a criminal history check
- Excited to grow a team around you
- Ideally LBP licensed Roofer.
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday with some flexibility required to meet client demands.
