Positions Available:- Painter and Decorator
- Site Manager (this is a hands on role which will involve being on the tools)

Key Responsibilities:- Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Applying paint, varnish, or other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
- Working with brushes, rollers, and sprayers for professional results
- Ensuring projects are completed to a high standard, on time, and to expectations
- Communicating with clients to understand their vision and ensure satisfaction
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Qualifications:- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial painting
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)
- Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality
