We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Foreman / Leading Hand to join our team and oversee our construction projects.

We have a busy pipeline of exciting projects ranging from larger commercial and bespoke residential sites. We offer a variety of work and will be involved right from the foundations through to framing, internal fit outs and finishing lines.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and sub-contractors onsite.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
Liaise with project manager/s.
Liaise with Quantity Surveyor.
Read and interpret plans and drawings.
Requirements:
Relevant NZ certification and NZ Qualifications in construction.
Strong work ethic
Problem solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication skills
Must have reliable transportation and current Full driver's licence that can drive Manual vehicle.
Must be a team player and must be able to work independently.
Understand and implement Health & Safety.
Confident in the use of technology
Experience with Procore (project management software) would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided.
