    About the Role

    We are looking for an approachable and self-motivated Customer Experience Team Member to join the Cirtex team located in Christchurch.

    We're looking for a candidate with contact centre or customer service experience who has excellent phone-based customer service and communication skills. No prior industry knowledge is needed as on-the-job training is provided.

    To be considered for this role, you will need:
    • Willingness to develop expertise in the Cirtex NetSuite ERP system (prior experience with NetSuite is advantageous)
    • Proficiency in computer use, including MS Office Suite, with reasonable typing ability
    • Well-organised with a customer-focused mindset
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • High attention to detail and professionalism
    • Proactive, accountable, and adaptable
    • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
    • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
    • Results-driven with a commitment to continuous improvement
    Duties for this role include:
    • Receive inbound calls - including sales calls
    • Provide prompt, professional, accurate and courteous assistance to customers
    • Respond to inquiries, assisting & directing calls in the most appropriate manner
    • Submit/process sales orders
    • Customer management
    • Stock management oversight, including the processing of returns
    • Create invoices, process cash sales & EFTPOS transactions
    • Handle multiple customer communication channels including email and phone calls
