Fleetline are looking for a CAD Designer to join our team at our Henderson, Auckland site.

Applicants will need to demonstrate:

Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
Experience in FRP design and mould & plug design
Familiarity with 3D scanning processes
Knowledge of CNC Router programming & machine operation
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
NZ Drivers Licence.
NZ Citizenship or NZ residency
Ability to work individually unsupervised, or well in a small team.
The ability to accept review, and offer suggestion or opinion.
A focus on continual improvement and quality.
The ability to work on multiple projects and solutions in a high paced environment

Responsibilities:

3D Design and Drafting of custom parts and components
Design of FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) parts, ensuring precision and quality
Creation of Mould & Plug Designs for manufacturing processes
Utilize 3D Scanning techniques for accurate measurements and designs
Program and operate CNC Routers to bring designs to life
