Are you ready to join a dynamic real estate organisation and support a high performing salesperson / team? We currently have two opportunities available that require the right calibre of person.
You'll need to hit the ground running in a fast paced environment- as such we require at least 2 years' administration experience in the real estate agency domain. Your value and experience will be rewarded, with attractive salary packages available.
Tasks include but are not limited to:- Campaign preparation and administration
- Data entry and file maintenance
- General administrative support
- Client and customer care management
- Using Canva and Ray White software to design promotional material
- Social media management experience is a must
- Appointment & email management
You will be working within a fast-paced and sometimes pressured environment, so your efficiency, energy, accuracy, and initiative along with your ability to multitask will be valued in this role.
Other essential skills and attributes include:- The ability to manage multiple schedules and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Friendly and customer focused with strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Competent computer skills, including experience with Canva
- Excellent organisational skills, both analytical and problem-solving, and the ability to work with confidential documents
- Ability to prioritise and achieve deadlines under pressure
- Experience in real estate, marketing, and customer service is essential
