    About the Role

    We are looking for a self motivated and reliable Gardener & Property Caretaker to join our team, working across various residential and commercial sites in Thames and the surrounding areas.

    We require someone with previous experience in gardening or property maintenance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, trustworthy, and capable of working independently to maintain outdoor spaces to a high standard in a timely manner.

    All necessary equipment will be supplied, including a vehicle with a trailer.

    To be considered for this role, you will need:
    • Full Class 1 drivers licence
    • Effective communication and customer service skills
    • Reasonable level of physical fitness
    • Competent towing a trailer
    • A high level of integrity and trustworthiness
    • A strong work ethic and be someone who takes pride in their work
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Enjoys working independently
    Duties for this role include:
    • Perform gardening tasks, including mowing, trimming, spraying, and general landscaping.
    • Carry out property maintenance, outdoor clean-ups, and caretaking duties.
    • Wash and clean vehicles, complete odd jobs, and assist with general upkeep.
    • Maintain health, safety, and wellbeing standards, ensuring compliance with HSE policies and reporting hazards or incidents.
