    We seek a proactive Registered Refrigeration Technician to spearhead new installations, deliver exceptional outcomes on maintenance work, and play a pivotal role in projects across New Zealand, mainly in Auckland.

    From time-to-time employees will have to travel out of region to do projects and return back to Base. The employee will be paid meal / out of town allowance.

    Role Overview:

    As a Refrigeration Technician, you will be involved in projects nationally. Working alongside a diverse and talented team, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.

    Your responsibilities will span a wide range of activities, from new installations to maintenance, all within a fast-paced setting.

    As part of your leadership skills you will be required to actively supervise apprentices in our extensive apprenticeship program.

    Essential to this role are strong communication skills and 3-6 years of refrigeration experience on projects. We're on the lookout for candidates with the necessary qualifications, a solid work ethic, and a determination to succeed and grow!

    Key Requirements:
    • Trade certificate in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration 
    • Ability to work both in a team and independently.
    • Work through refrigeration problems and develop practical solutions
    • Servicing and Maintenance of Refrigeration Systems
    • Installation of new refrigeration systems
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
    • A dedication to upholding safety and quality standards.
    • Must be physically fit and strong and able to conduct heavy lifting
    • Full drivers' licence is required.
